The Training Division at Pasquotank County EMS is composed of the Training Captain, Field Training Officers, and Preceptors. The mission of the Training Division is to offer diverse and high quality training to the staff and students of Pasquotank County EMS. Other EMS professionals, first responders, and public safety personnel are invited and welcome to attend our training at Pasquotank County EMS. Sebrina Mallette serves as an EMT Training Captain, bringing a strong commitment to excellence in emergency medical education and professional development.
Sebrina has a focus on clinical competence, safety, and operational readiness, she is dedicated to preparing Emergency Medical Personnel to perform effectively in high-pressure environments.
Sebrina emphasizes evidence-based practices, continuous learning, and clear communication to ensure high standards of patient care and team performance.
Sebrina's leadership supports both initial training and ongoing skill development, fostering confidence, accountability, and professionalism within the emergency medical services community.
Ride Along Program
Our department offers a "Ride-Along" program for citizens interested in learning more about Emergency Medical Services. To participate, please complete the Application for Ride-Along Program and submit to the EMS Training Captain.
