Administrative staff, CPPPs, Captains, Lieutenants, and FTOs,  operate SUVs with a full set of paramedic equipment.  This provides better organization and access to equipment, and it also has some incident command capability as well.

Ambulance

The primary response ambulances are all Type-III modular units and feature cab extensions for crew comfort. All EMS vehicles operate with a replacement cycle to maximize usage while keeping state-of-the-art technologies on the street. Ambulance boxes are typically remounted one time before retirement.

Portable Mass Casualty / Rehab Unit

This refurbished 6X12 enclosed trailer is utilized to provide a portable EMS triage/treatment area at special events or large scale public events. It is also used for fire rehabilitation and a treatment/triage area in the event of a mass casualty situation in not only Pasquotank County but can be used for mutual aid request to assist our surrounding counties.

This unit is pulled to the scene by one of our quick response vehicles and is designed to take minimal time and minimal staffing to setup without the need of an ambulance on scene.
