EMS Station 50

Headquarters - Elizabeth City

Physically located directly adjacent to the old Sentara Albemarle Medical Center in Elizabeth City, our main station serves from the core of the Pasquotank County System.  This station is where EMS all started for the county and now acts as the hub for all EMS field operations.

Fire/EMS Station 4

Substation - Nixonton

Staffed with 1 ambulance 24 hours a day, this station serves the the southside boundaries of Elizabeth City and Pasquotank County.  This was the system's first substation addition as call volume increased and the system expanded to meet the needs of the community it serves. The partnership with Pasquotank-Nixonton VFD has proven very beneficial to everyone over the years and significantly helps to reduce response times and improve patient oucomes.

Fire/EMS Station 6

Substation - Soundneck

Staffed with 1 ambulance, 12 hours a day, this station serves the southernmost portion of Pasquotank County known as the Salem Township.  The EMS Department renovated this station in 2021 in preparation to quicker serve the citizens of deep southern Pasquotank County. This station runs with 12-hour peak time staffing that started in mid-February of 2025.
